This Wendy's location recently demolished the old building and built a new one from the ground up. That's about the only surprise to be found here but that doesn't mean this location is bad. It just offers up a standard, business as usual experience. The addition of a Coke freestyle machine is a positive or negative depending on how you feel about them. Seems like I always get stuck behind some under supervised kid who wants seven different types of soda in one cup. Nothing spectacular here except for a little bit above average speed.

You know what is great about Wendy's? There open late so you can still go there after you go to a concert at the First Ave Club. But what stinks is that you can't walk through the drive-through when the inside restaurant is closed. Like when you had too many beers at the concert and you have to get a cab. When we hit up the drive through we had no problem with our orders and I loved my spicy chicken sandwich. Plus the prices were not bad at all!

Not too bad, but not great, tho only due to the price, I wish they had more cheap things, however the food is good, fries are alright and they're fast and generally friendly. Also it's honestly kinda relaxing, not too loud :-)

Cold food and slow service. Got two meals, everything was cold. Called back and the manager, Kristy, was very unpleasant to speak with. I will not be returning to this store and will be filing a complaint with the corporate store.

In a nutshell, the new building is great but the service usually sucks. I've never seen a Wendy's with such horribly slow service. Last night I was in line for 13 minutes waiting to order a soda. The lady at thet front did not know how to run the register, nor did she know how to make change! Adding to the confusion was the number of orders screwed up and returned. I've been to the new store about eight times since it opened. I come just for the cool pop machine and Internet. (Grape Sprite Zero is the bomb!) The problem is that at night there are kids playing with the pop machines, no parental supervision, and it's hell trying to pour your own pop... You have wait for the little punks to play with 20 flavors of pop before they move away with a half a cup. Most evenings the store operates like a three ring circus. I watched one night while a new employee repeatedly asked for managerial assistance running the register and the boss said "I'm too busy". It's a friggin' circus. On the upside, Wendy's has fast wi-fi, but it goes down often. Before ordering, flip open the laptop or check your smartphone to find the wifi signal. I've been burned a couple times - ordering food and drink only to discover that the Internet was down. I feel sorry for the people who work here. Most of the employees are very friendly but will tell you how poorly they are paid and treated, no raises, managers that yell at them, etc. In that regard, it's not much different than the golden arches... The food and pop are good... But if you want a quick snack and fast wi-fi, it might be faster to visit the chicken place (with the old southern gentleman) across the street.
